VIB Connect

From 2025 we will switch to VIB Connect for service requests, project follow-up communication, and quotation/invoicing.

This will have an impact on the way we work with you:

• Users are asked to use VIB Connect to request a service from us.
• All communication (including file sharing) of a project takes place in VIB Connect (instead of emails).  
• Users receive all quotes automatically via VIB Connect and can also approve them there.
• Final claim(s) will also be sent via VIB Connect.

Users who do not yet use VIB Connect for other purposes, are requested to create an account (see link below). Note that VIB researchers already have an account. Non-VIB users can register as Visitor.

Please note that VIB Connect accounts are INDIVIDUAL accounts, so be sure to use your personal professional email address and contact information. Do not make a general login for your lab / team, as in this case you won’t receive properly all communication regarding your own project. If multiple persons need to be involved in the communication of a specific project, just inform us and we will add them.
